We recently visited the farm house and had a great experience and enjoyed a lot, the property is lovely, the service was really nice and we will surely revisit.

Hm farms has become a constant destination for relaxation or any type of event i might be trying to host. The owners are extremely polite and welcome us with open arms. The farm itself is very beautiful but they do provide options for decor and catering, which is again out of this world.

We did our booking  experience was Awesome. The resort is outstanding & so are the people from the Host, helpers , cook everything is just great about the resort . Special thanks to Ms Harshdeep for being on her toes throughout the event she is simply superb . Would recommend this to everyone

Have done two functions here, baby shower and my kid’s first birthday party. Location is a little far but its good and away from city traffic and noise, amazing weather even in may June evenings. Food quality has been good and consistent both times, staff is very cooperative and prompt, Meenu ji, Harshdeep, monu, all are nice and helpful.

Had arranged a corporate party. The food, service and staff, everything was amazing. Food quality was very good, the staff was friendly and everything went as planned. All requests were adhered to.
Would 100% recommend arranging parties at this farm!!

Had an incredible celebration for my father's 60th birthday at this place. The owner, property manager, and staff were fantastic—responsive, accommodating, and attentive to all our needs. Not a single challenge encountered; everything, from decorations to food and activities, was executed to perfection. Really appreciate it for making it memorable.

HM Royal Farms, Chhatarpur – Review
HM Royal Farms, located in Dera Mandi, Chhatarpur, Delhi, is known for its spacious and well-designed farmhouse. Spread over 13 acres, it features 13 rooms, a private swimming pool, an indoor party hall, and an outdoor lawn that can accommodate up to 500 guests. When I Visited  the ambience and food was good . Overall, HM Royal Farms is a good option for those looking for a spacious and visually appealing venue. 

I celebrated my birthday here. The place is gorgeous, I had the time. Everything was taken care of by harshdeep well before time. Thank you for making my day 🥰❤️

This property boasts an amazing view that truly impresses. The overall experience was great, with the scenery being a major highlight. One minor issue: the pool water needed changing. Despite this, the property's strengths make it a solid choice. 

It was so great , i really loved the property and the staff over there they all were so helpful and humbe . The entire property is better than any 3-4 star hotel

Property is nice and located at a peaceful location. It’s spacious and can easily accommodate gathering of 50-60 in lawn.
Rooms are and big and accompanied by a big hall. Addition of few more staffs to serve snacks and help would make party better.
I recommend this property for all type of get together!!
